Day 8 South Africa Diaries

Firstly thanks so much for placing yesterday’s baby elephant on the first popular page, he was a sweetie!

A rest day today but my body did not agree, I was awake at 6am waiting for the”leopard curfew” to be over so I could go outside to be with the impala herd on the property. The light was beautiful and it has been the warmest day yet, for an African winter; shorts on and a swim in the freezing pool! Rest was soon over when I started editing my hundreds of photos from yesterday’s Kruger Park trip ..... note to self ...... do not take so many next time!
