I remember the first time I ever saw this beautiful shrub.  It was in Cockermouth at the side of the WCF shop a few years ago.  There was a label with the name, and I managed to find one at a local nursery.  Its heavily laden with flowers at the moment and looking stunning.  Oh I should say what it is.... its a Deutzia - Strawberry Fields.
