Today’s sightings.
I think this is a rock pipit but happy to be corrected. We also saw a grey heron and I think a wheatear. The star billing goes to an Otter we saw on a walk this morning. It looked straight at me and headed off to the nearby Loch. I have seen them in our local river at home but not out of the water and so close. I will have to be quicker with my camera next time, I just wasn’t expecting to see one late morning. It has been dry for the second day in a row.
