I know it's Sunday but.....
I usually roast something on a Sunday but today I went with chicken brochette. The meat was marinaded in yogurt with garlic, lemon juice, paprika and smoked paprika. I then threaded it onto skewers with peppers and onion. I enjoyed it with a minted rice salad and a pitta.
I'd hoped that the sun would come out but it was overcast all day - I had some work to do this AM and instead of enjoying the sun I've been cooking and I've got a loaf to bake in the morning and I've been enjoying reading my book.
