Pink Heals

This was the mascot for the Cape Fear Chapter of Pink Heals, which sadly closed its doors in December 2018.  

After the death of the Chapter's founding member, Claudia, the Chapter struggled to find volunteers and funds.

Today I spent my morning doing paperwork.  After 5 hours, called it quits and Kent & I decided on lunch at Elijah's on the River Walk.  Crab Dip and Fish 'n Chips, Yum!!

Went to one of my favourite downtown shops, which just happens to be right across from Elijah's, and got part of my parent's Christmas and my sister's Christmas.  Too early you say?  I think not as the year is already half over and do you know where it went?!
