Happy Great Uncle Felix Birthday. My favorite quote from him when I was very young and making breakfast for him he said “put hot water on to boil we aren’t going to live forever” . He was born in 1897. A little boy when his family homesteaded in Oregon. Mom said when he was just school age he brought his friends home to celebrate his birthday-a surprise to everyone.
