Parkrun

Today the 3 of us did a bit of parkrun tourism.
While away in Crackington Haven we decided to have a go at the Tamar Lakes parkrun.
A wonderful setting for a run, just once around the lake. Beautiful scenery but sadly no PB for me. Over a minute too slow. Never mind, there's always another Saturday to look forward to.
Number 1 son, however, knocked 81 seconds off his PB. Very impressed!
Also my lovely wife completed her first parkrun in over 2 years. Well done Mrs C.
