At the Beach

Backblip, Camping Day 3

There is a lot more 'beach' than usual around the lake this year.  They have let a lot of water out (not sure how or where it went) in anticipation of a larger than normal spring run off.  There is still a lot of snow and it really hasn't been warm enough to cause much melting but I suspect that by the time we go back next month it will be full as usual.  Right now it's perfect for walking and Piper got a chance to get her feet wet.  We didn't have her long swimming rope and her dad didn't want to get his feet wet so that's as far as she got today.

Yesterday afternoon Becky's in-laws (and our good friends), Mel and Joyce, arrived and got the site right next to us.  Today Becky and Darrin (and the puppies) and Becky's friend arrived and they got the two sites right across from us. Let the party begin!! :-))
