Mashed Potatoes
Backblip, Camping Day 1
This was taken at the top of Berthoud Pass at 11,307ft. (3.446m) on our way to Lake Granby. Back in my skiing days we used to call spring snow 'mashed potatoes' because of the consistency. You can see why in this image. There were three carsful of young people who were climbing up and skiing or snowboarding down and the dog in my image was running up and down too. There was a lot of snow left for this late in the year!
