Ready for next time

As the conference reaches its penultimate day, this is a portrait of the woman who is the program chair for next year's conference in Montreal. With such a big event - this was the 31st conference for the organisation and its biggest yet, with more than 1100 delegates from 80 countries - the planning of the next one was already well underway before this one even started.
