Thistle, Fly, Cuckoo Spit

Damp morning, but not as damp as last night. Supposed to be heavy rain, but it's just normal. Don't need full waterproofs.

Another busy morning. The rain is constant, so not hopeful about lunchtime walk. However it does go off a little, so I head out for a quick walk up to the train bridge. This thistle head looks interesting. I don't notice the fly or cuckoo spit until editing. At least the fly is out of the rain.

The rain has gone early (so much for 36 hours of heavy rain). A dry ride home, and quiet too.
