Survivor

After all the rain I am surprised there are any flowers left. Fortunately this Poppy proved to be the exception.

Even managed to walk in short sleeves and shorts this afternoon.

Our youngest Tom was travelling to the Lakes for a weekend with friends. However there was the usual last minute Muuum....have you got...sleeping bags and lantern. Oh and yes please to home made Sausage rolls and Flapjack.

They are staying in a teepee in the grounds of Coniston Holly Howe YHA. A step up from pitching your tents especially as it has a wooden floor. Hope the weather is kind over the weekend.
