Christmas Dinner Jackson Style

Are we the only people who really don't like the traditional english roast turkey Christmas dinner? We had to move to the USA to escape the dreaded Christmas pudding and Christmas cake with marzipan and icing!

So twenty years ago we invented our own celebration dinner, the focus of which is curry roast chicken.

On the plate we have brussels sprouts, Michael Caine's roast potatoes, little sausages wrapped in bacon, roast chicken, curried gravy and sausage meat stuffing, the latter of which, is actually gracing our plate for the very last time, due to lack of interest.

We were so full after this that the chocolate molten cakes we'd bought for dessert stayed in the freezer!
