Sick or Hurt Bird

After noticing hundreds of these birds flying around our neighborhood this morning, I noticed this one hiding. Not sure if s/he's hurt.

Nokia E7. Cropped and bumped up saturation a bit. Hard to get good detail on face. Even harder with phone camera!
