Old Lamp Pole

A series of very old and corroded lamp poles line one of the streets that Buddy and I walk down a couple times a week.  I decided to take time this morning to shoot this pole from various angles.  Then I noticed the most interesting item was the flowers wrapped around the bottom of the pole.  When I sat down on the curb, Buddy was befuddled.  Why had I stopped?  Why was on level with him?  Must be that I had treats and wanted to pet him.  Taking photos while laying on the curb and being licked and tugged is quite a challenge.
