Green Leaf

Sunshine and showers today for a driving event in Hampshire. Nissan has brought out a new version of its Leaf electric car, with a bigger battery pack and longer range between charges, and today was a first chance to try it.
The drive started from Southampton waterfront, and included a stop for an ice cream beside the Solent opposite the Isle of Wight. Some of the route was rain-lashed, but we also saw some sun and blue sky, along with water whipped up by a stiff breeze.
