Morning Stroll

While A and P did a morning power walk I went down to the beach.   Seals (extra) and the fishermen doing their morning shift at low tide.   One of P's friends, who we hadnt seen for while dropped in for while in the afternoon and stayed for tea.  Member of a band and we got a sneak preview of their new video, promoting a single to be released in early July.   Have known the family since P was at school; it was nice to chat about old times and have a general catch up.
