Cheers - getting used to retirement!

My wife retired recently; one of her friends treated her (us!) to afternoon tea in Edinburgh, which we enjoyed today.

We’d a bit of compulsory exercise during the meal - a quick walk outside during the proceedings! The hotel fire alarm sounded and Scottish Fire and Rescue’s finest appeared from the local fire station in McDonald Road.

Traffic out of the city was heavy, not helped by the Royal Highland Show being on.
