Corridors of Health

I was here at the NOC for 10am and Steph worked me hard in the pool.

She told C that I would probably sleep like a baby when we got in and she was right. She enjoyed her girlie break in Poland last week and visited many interesting places. V envious again.

Shopping arrived at 430 and that's been the day. Both my left elbow and right shoulder have been paining me today and it gets on my wick. Can't concentrate on anything - but at least I slept.

Fine day today - thank you all for your wonderful comments as always.

One day I'll be better again, by then I'll be too old to enjoy living....
