Lost Souls

Ancient buildings fascinate me. In particular I love churches and cathedrals. I’m not religious but for whatever reason I’m drawn to such places.

Artwork and the skilled craft of the various trades required to construct and maintain them are truly remarkable.

The 14th-century Santa Maria of Ciutadella Cathedral features a huge marble altar and unusually photos were allowed to be taken; in fact positively encouraged.

Nothing stranger than a bloke with a burnt scalp crouching in between pews with a camera!
