Recipe Development

Dance Fit was back on again today. That was a shock to the system .

This afternoon there has been a little bit of recipe development. I wanted to try banana and caramac but could not find any caramac in the village. I used white button to see if it would work in principle.It did so, hoping caramac would give it a banofee flavour. The other experiment was rhubarb and custard. I was hoping that adding custard powder to the mix would give a custard flavour. Sadly not however, adding a dollop of custard to the centre of the muffin before cooking seemed to work. Very tasty.
