Camper van reflections

While an icy wind attacked my head (I left my hat at my desk) I admired the reflections in the windows of a camper van. I see one shot includes a suitably distorted bird :-)

I'm unusually tired today and fell asleep on the bus on the way home. Dad was always surprised when I told him I'd fallen asleep on the bus. If I'm tired it's very easy on a non-stop service.

Falling asleep in the bus is my measure not to exercise, especially when it's high intensity. It will be an early night for me.
