Demo Happy

My Dear Fellows & Dear Princess,

The road directly outside our house is still being worked on. It goes right the way down Aurora Terrace now, there are cones everywhere. If one were the owner of an over-active imagination, one could imagine that the street had been taken over by little orange aliens, intent on wreaking destruction.

It has been driving Caro SPARE. And then she got a letter from "Quality Demolitions Ltd". Long story short it said, "Oh hey, we're coming to demolish the Samoan High Commission three doors up from you tomorrow. P.S. Ha ha ha."

So this was the pixt that Caro sent me at lunchtime today. She said that there are workmen everywhere. It is like a convention. (See extra).

I feel bad for her, but at least they are doing their best. They seem to be working late and starting early. Let's hope they conclude their excavations soon, before they find something ELSE to reduce to rubble.
