Worsley Village

Blipping is a dangerous hobby, I nearly took my eye out today. I decided to take some night shots round the village. I thought I would try some of the bridge over the canal and some of the shops, I was so busy carrying my tripod around and weighing up each shot that I walked into a branch and scratched my eyelid...startled, I grabbed tightly to the camera as I slipped on the mud and dropped my lens cap. I had to use my phone to light up the ground to find it. A man walked over the bridge so I quickly found the lens cap and left.

Today was another nice day: a swim in a virtually empty pool, potato cakes and a cuppa in the bar then chilling in front of the TV. I then met Pat, Katy and Lisa in The Secret Garden for a drink and a late lunch, all in all a lovely day.
