Sueno's Stone

Sueno must have been something to do with the Picts who erected this big stone (21ft) which stands in its own glass case just outside Forres.

It's been another quiet chilled day here on the Moray coast, with a just a short excursion to Duffus castle and Hopeman harbour, followed by - finally - a visit to one of the pubs in this lovely village to report upon. All good things come to an end. This one is closing too.
