Between fen and mountains

Nappies galore

I attended the yoga class with Mrs TT’s previous teacher who has moved up to Hebden Bridge and then we all had coffee, cake and lunch together. To walk that we took the steep road up to the typical Pennine village of Heptonstall where we visited the oldest Methodist church which still has regular Sunday worship, founded by John Wesley in 1764 (see extra). The Anglican church was also interesting as the churchyard contained the ruins if the previous church damaged in a storm in the 19th century.
