Broken, cracked and shattered

The last two weeks my Gorgeous boy has been struggling mentally. Read his blip today for more insight.

I have looked after him as best I can... making sure he knows how much I love him, he has good food to eat, that he gets as much quality sleep as possible and has as little to worry about as possible. Not forgetting horse therapy!

He has sought help from his GP and is getting help to get better. This isn't a new problem, he has struggled to balance on the edge between sanity and darkness for far too long. I am so glad that he has sought help.

He will be fine, better than ever. I know that.
