The Director at work
I was on airport duty yesterday and dropped my brother off in good time ready for his 7.30pm flight. Poor chap, it was delayed until midnight (something untoward happening in Birmingham)!! Luckily he had his Christmas presents handy - I think the latest part of Rupert Everett's autobiography and some Christmas cake kept him entertained.
Today I have been assistant to the Director, plus location scout!! Panic is setting in re the music video son#2 has to make - it's 5 minutes long and he's doing mostly timelapse. We headed off to Gougane Barra. The weather was grey, drizzly and windy but this forest is magnificent in all weathers and full of water - his main requirement. Dribbly streams, gushing torrents, damp mossiness, random drips - all captured. Now he just needs a sunrise and some stars! Looking a bit doubtful as a severe weather warning has been issued. A storm is on its way. Urghh.
Apologies for the lack of browsing but I'll be catching up shortly.
