Little Weed
A weed is just a flower in the wrong place. In the “right” place they have a beauty of their own, as well as giving nourishment to the wildlife which cultivated plants may not.
So for Tiny Tuesday, and loisbiz‘s challenge of something with “beauty in the eye of the beholder”, I give you the humble Chickweed, a plant which I was bought up to regard a weed (and defined as such by the RHS), but can as used as a cooling herbal remedy, and grown as a vegetable crop and ground cover for human consumption. This specimen is growing in a pot in a less tidy part of my garden, and is complete with a tiny raindrop
