Starters and leavers

Up early to prepare for the day....
Met someone who's leaving for a new job, had a couple of routine catch-ups and the annual pay review meeting. Managed to get through constructively and quickly, then back to the office to sort out messes over interview organisation and a candidate pulling out. Very tiresome. 
Dashed over to Glasgow doing last minute prep all the way on the train. Think it all went smoothly, then straight back and home to do some serious catching up.
Passed a couple of these Oor Wullie statues on my travels - this one at Waverley station.
