Chocolate Truffles

These are the melting middle chocolate truffles that I made just before Christmas. They're actually quite good, as long as they aren't cold when you eat them. I had a lot of the melting middle left over as well, so that's sitting in the fridge being eaten slowly too!

Today's achievement is changing the windscreen wiper on my car. Now I can see through the windscreen when it's raining! Score! The first of my sale purchases arrived today as well, so full marks to Amazon (surprisingly, as it was super saver-normally-takes-a-week-or-two delivery).
