Back to School

Today, I went back to my old high school for a musical performance - my niece currently attends there (she’ll be going into her third year), and she was in some of the performances, playing guitar and singing. She was fantastic! She sang the song ‘Read All About It’ by Emili Sandé with a coupe other girls, and it was beautiful!

I bumped into a couple teachers who remembered me, which given that I graduated in 2015 shows how memorable I was :D I went on a quick walk around the building, and it was a really odd feeling - all the memories came flooding back, some good some bad, whenever I walked past a particular room or down a corridor. It’s 10 years this year since I started year as a wee 12 year old - doesn’t feel that long at all!
