Raarrr!

Had a pretty easy Sunday morning, then caught the bus to Sydenham and the overground to Crystal Palace to meet up with Char.  We went and picked up a coffee and snack for her sister, Liz, then headed over to the Crystal Palace subway where Liz was selling her jewellery at a craft fair.  It was so popular, we had to queue for about 10 minutes to get in.  Liz was doing well - she'd sold quite a bit and had had lots of enquiries about commissions, too.

Char and I had a wander round the craft fair - and I bought a present for my other friend Liz - and another chat with Char's sister, then we headed back over to Crystal Palace Park.  Went to find the curious, and not particularly convincing, Victorian dinosaurs.  All quite odd, but strangely impressive - I really liked them!  Some of them were huge, too!  I forget which was which - but this might have been the megalosaurus.  Or something like that.

We went and ate a huge amount of cake in the café after that, then wandered back to the station - I said goodbye to Char and carried on home, and she went back to meet Liz to go out for dinner.

Had dinner with Tim back at home, then we watched the new Top Gear and Gentleman Jack.  Weekend done, boo!
