Maximus

Maximus is in love with a dog named Gracie. She is bigger and a few months older. He is smitten. He had a good walk but he made it clear he wants to go back out into the night and find Gracie. Not going to happen. When I was a kid we had another German Shorthair Pointer named Comrade. In the summer he slept in a kennel in the backyard. Often at night he managed to scale the 6 foot fence. I think he had many descendants. That was a long time ago. Things were very different then.
