Father's day

My dad, Arvid Norman died too young. He was not even retirement age yet.
He worked long hours driving taxi (the career path he chose after being a switchman for the railroad company) When his health worsened from being exposed to chemicals in the rail yard and pollution from jets and traffic during his cabbie years caught up to him, he quit working and moved way out into the rural country. My brother, Scott, followed soon after and then myself later on. I am the only one of my family in this town now and am slowly making more connections of my own.

I miss my dad. I am glad to have good memories of him.
