A Little Appreciation....

....Goes A Long Way

Over the late May Bank Holiday the dialysis unit at Bodmin Hospital flooded resulting in the Treliske dialysis unit having to cope with all the additional patients.
Clare and her colleagues worked additional hours cheerfully and coped.
Today she received a card from the management of Treliske thanking her for that weekend, I would imagine all of her colleagues received the same.
Might not mean much to some but to take the time to show appreciation to your staff goes a long way.

As for me, what should have been a two and a half hour job at the rugby club last Tuesday finally got finished today. The ‘builders’ cut through the power lines which were rejoined and the missing metre of alarm system cable cut away was spliced in and rerouted.
