Chapel Allerton open gardens.

Lunch with friends in Chapel Allerton and then the open gardens.
We saw 11 gardens in a short space of time. 8 of them in the same cul de sac. All lovely but a couple were just gorgeous. Lots of excellent garden design and lots of brilliant plantings.
We also found an Anderson shelter from WWII and a tiny sanatorium which had been installed in the 1930s to treat a family member with TB. Totally unexpected.
Mr EAnn got to talk to all his daughters and enjoy some Fathers Day cards and gifts. A lovely day.
