What goes around

I'm not straying too far other than trips to the hospital which does draw one's eye back to things around the house. When I first went to Germany as a teaching assistant, there was a young Russian girl in my class trying to settle in too. When I got things wrong in German and the kids laughed, I styled it out with an "only people that don't try anything new don't make mistakes". When I was leaving back to blighty, she and her Mum brought me these dolls to say thank you for helping her with her English and accidentally inspiring her to more confidence with her German.
