Frothy flowers

A few weeks ago, part of our decking collapsed.  Nothing too dramatic and perhaps I tried one planter too many, perhaps the builder took a short cut.  Today was the time for further investigation, lifting decking boards and having a good look.  The problem was readily evident.  A solution less so.  Time for a think.
Meantime, the frothy viburnum provides a current delight.
