A very quiet day today, thankfully.
Mrs. P and I were invited o a prty tonight hosted by the gentleman who kindly gave me a bed during The Olympics.

So we had a very pleasant evening reliving the many highlights of the summer.

He also brought page 224 of this book to my attention: Freckleton Half Marathon has its own write-up as a "must do" race!
