Here is the start of the 'Challenge' event at this year's Seven Hills races. Mrs AB in that crowd somewhere. Thirty minutes later, I was setting off on the 'Race' and chased after the Challengers. Good route choice, reasonable training, fetching calf-compression socks resulted in another PB. I managed to knock 9minutes off my previous PB last year which I'm really pleased with. 
Mrs AB also achieved a personal best.
