Smiley Face

I spotted this street art or graffiti (depending on your view point) this morning but it was a bit challenging to get this shot.  It was at the far end of a deserted car park behind some wire fencing so I had manoeuvre my camera in between the bits of wire to get the shot.  I like the white smiley face and the structural rusty metal framework.
