yes, we're mental but against all my instincts, we went into town today...peggy was desperate to spend her build-a-bear vouchers from gran and granda. town was hoaching but peggy and daisy were delighted with their new toys...sparkle the rabbit...and jerry the (gay) leopard. peggy hasn't mentioned that jerry's gay but she's got him dressed in white hotpants, cowboy boots and a leopard print waistcoat...I'm just assuming. he looks good.

beth managed to spend some of her christmas money too, and beefy bought himself a flippin' remote control helicopter...i felt a bit miffed at getting bugger all!

our new northern exposure boxset cheered me up though...like being transported back in time! me and beefy both watched it back in the 90's before we met, and it's still ace.
