In its Element

I've been on duty at Longshaw today. It's wasn't very busy - I'm guessing the weather forecast had left many people hedging their betts. It was pleasant at times, but we had a few very heavy showers.
At the moment we have a lovely wild flower trail running at the moment with a surprising number of species in a small meadow area by the car park, from Buttercup to Twayblade This Water Avens is probably my favourite of those in flower at the moment - a delicate flower with an unusual shape and colour.
