Garden Day

The mistress had to head up to the Garden Centre for advice, as her mother used the weedeater last night to try it out, and 'ringbarked' the apricot tree. The Mistress wasn't very happy about it, but the garden centre assured her that vaseline would do the trick to stop any infection getting into it.

Garden centres are dangerous. They always suck out any spare cash you might have in your wallet says Mistress. Laden down with Basil, seeds, potting mix lettuce plants, and some other things she really didn't need, she decided enough was enough and headed home. Fortunately she found this bee on a pink cornflower before she left. She mumbled something about Blip and the fact she wouldn't usually carry her camera into garden centres!

The mistress HAD spied a field of spotted Bambi's on the way up to town and was going to blip those, but on the way back they had wandered over to the other end of the field too far away to get a decent image. She mumbled something about never letting photographic opportunites pass you by, and that if you see something worthy of photographing, you should do it immediately or the chance passes, and nothing may ever be as good the second time you see it.

Lesson learnt - again!

Everything planted out already but it's 29C again and hot hot hot. Recovering near an open window again.
