Abundance

This patch of flowers is growing on one of the unkept allotment plots in the village.  I pass it whenever I visit my plot and think it such a pleasure to see.  It even looks cheerful in the rain and feels like it epitomises the lush unkempt growth of June.

Today I've had a day of doing not too much at home - a morning dog walk, trip to the bakery to get bread, and then a longer walk with Merlin this afternoon whist Andy is playing golf.  I am on dinner cooking duty and have decided to do a 'one pot wonder' of Moroccan style chicken.
