Meriden

If you've ever driven past Junction 5 on the M1 then you would have seen these two. Abbey View and Munden View are both on the Meriden Estate in Watford. I live a few streets away from these (one in extras as well).
I do not live in either of these buildings but I know a fair few who do.
I have lived here for 40 years and this place has been good to us.
The estate has a bad reputation ... but it's home.

Other news, popped to the cemetery to check on my grandparents grave and noticed some work that needed doing, which I will do next week. it has been added to that never ending list.

This coming week I should receive the design drawings for my dads headstone that I recently purchased so that I can authorise the go ahead for carving. The cemetery has authorised the fixing but it could take up to 12 weeks before it's in place.

Flights all booked for my annual solo trip to Canada to stay with my blip buddy in Oshawa and her family in Nova Scotia. Lots planned and if it's anything like previous years it will be wonderful.

A week off from SAM's has done me the world of good this week. Back to normal next week.

Lastly but not least, a huge huge thank you for all your wonderful comments, stars and hearts for my journal this week. I was totally surprised, but very happy as there were so many emergency blips in there (like today! ).
