Early morning

I was up very early and was pleased to see that the rain had stopped and it had brightened up somewhat.
The Hybrid wildcat was one of the first creatures I saw, prowling through the garden.It’s much bigger than a domestic tabby, no white on it’s body, a shorter , fatter tail and stripes with no spots.A bit hard to tell it’s markings as it’s fur was a bit damp but you could clearly see the stripes to the side of it’s eyes and the back of it’s neck.
Mike got home at lunchtime and I was hoping we could go out for a walk but he wanted to do his washing and expenses so another day just in the house and garden.
Watched the women’s football, the England game being the better of the two.
Sat outside in the evening as it was so nice, light still at 11 o clock, watched the bats flying low and listened to the owls :)
Not sure what the bird is in my extra , a warbler of some kind ?
