Homemade Bagels Part 1
My first attempt at homemade bagels was in Asia, without an oven. I boiled them in a wok then toasted them in a wok and they worked out alright.
This time around, I had a real oven to bake them in after this boiling. Whoever thought of boiling then baking bread was probably called crazy at first, but brilliant later. Boiling them for about two minutes on each side made for a great chewy, soft, bagel texture. And they're fun to make too!
