Mountain Biking

After a delicious breakfast my friend and I had to work off some of the amazing food by doing a little mountain biking. It wouldn't be a biking expedition without numerous photo ops. I had along my Canon 1D MarkIV, so the photos were considerably better than what I normally capture (amazing what a difference frame rate and quality autofocus can make). A four hour ride in the forests west of Bend, OR made me feel a bit better about my extravagant breakfast choices.
